Project consortium

The project is carried out by a consortium of four universities; each nominates one team of 4 students and 1–2 coaches.

Prague University of Economics and Business, Faculty of International Relations (Czechia) –⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ coordinator.
Host institution: the Prague programme, court visits, co-drafting the case, the public final, outputs and outreach.

Bratislava University of Economics and Business, Faculty of International Relations (Slovakia).
Co-drafting of the case, participant selection, coach coordination, nomination of arbitrators.

Kozminski University, Warsaw (Poland).
Damages-evaluation and advocacy workshops, case review, nomination of arbitrators.

University of Pécs (Hungary).
Advocacy workshop, case review, nomination of arbitrators.

Arbitrators & experts

Pleadings and the final hearing take place before mixed panels of academics and arbitration practitioners from all four V4 countries, nominated by the partner universities. The full line-up will be announced here ahead of the Prague hearings.

The panels include an arbitrator listed with the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
