Opening expert session on commercial arbitration and the case; guided visits to the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and to a district court in Prague.
Thu 26 Nov
Preliminary Round 1 in the morning and Preliminary Round 2 in the afternoon; announcement of the finalists and drawing of sides.
Fri 27 Nov
Public Final Hearing, awards ceremony, and the tribunal’s open debate on the merits.
Expect an intensive October and November: several evenings a week of reading, drafting and rehearsing on top of regular study. The compressed format is deliberate; consistent work from week one pays off in the hearing room.
Come and watch the final
The final hearing is public: see the case argued live in a moot-court format before a full panel of academics and practitioners, and stay for the debate that follows. Students, faculty, alumni and practitioners are all welcome.
